Saturdays i usually don't feel like cooking so normally we just heat up leftovers. This particular Saturday i wanted chicken Alfredo .... so i made the most amazing Chicken Alfredo i have ever eaten. The sauce was so rich and creamy...yum just thinking of it is making my mouth water...lol. Because it was so tasty i was not able to get any pictures before it was all gobbled up (so i am using a picture from the website.) This recipe can be found at food.com.
I used Rotini pasta instead of angel hair.

- 2Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer.
- 3Stir often.
- 4Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
- 5When sauce has thickened add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY.
